Refunds - Refunds are only offered to customers that receive misprinted items/wrong items/damaged items/defective items.  If any of these apply, please contact customer service at: customerservice@basquaredfitness.com with photos of the misprinted/wrong/damaged/defective items and we’ll sort that out for you.  You have 7 days from the day you receive your order to notify us of the issue.

Exchanges - As a Print on Demand company, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, we ask you refer to our "size guide" dropdowns. The size guide dropdowns are located on each product page. We have one for every product listed on our store.  

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mis-labelled. If that’s the case, please let customer service know at: customerservice@basquaredfitness.com within 7 days from the day you receive your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
   2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore we reserve rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

Print-On Demand estimated fulfillment is 3–7 days, after which it’s shipped out.

Shipping times depend on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

• USA: 2-5 business days
• Canada: 2–6 business days
• Mexico: 5-7 business days
• Europe: 6–8 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• Japan: 4–8 business days
• International: 10–20 business days

Estimated Fulfillment + Estimated Shipping = Estimated Delivery Time

Products are printed for you as soon as you place an order.  Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary inventory.  We ask our loyal customers to pay close attention to the size guides provided with each product. After the order is placed it goes to fulfillment.  Once the product is fulfilled, it moves to shipping.
