About Us
Damian and Morgan are a father and daughter duo based in Long Island, NY. The two combined their long-time passion for fitness and created "Be A Bad Ass" as a way to encourage, motivate, and inspire people of all ages and walks of life. Damian and Morgan are both at different stages in their life, but nonetheless, they are after the same goal-to be the best version of themselves inside and outside of the gym. It is their goal to create active wear that makes you feel confident in your own skin without making you break the bank. Ultimately, they believe that it does not matter who you are, where you come from, or what point in life you find yourself, everyone is capable of being a bad ass.

I am a 60-year-old married father of three beautiful young ladies. I have worked as an executive in the financial services industry for the last 38 years. Training and fitness have been a major priority
in my life over the last 4 decades, beginning at a young age as a multi-sport athlete and continuing to this day as I play ice hockey in adult leagues. I became certified as a personal trainer in 1994 which allowed me to train clients of all ages in various club settings. From personal experience, placing importance on functional fitness has been the key to helping me lead a healthy and active life as I get older. This mindset I have based my life around has motivated me to create this brand as a way of inspiring others that they are just as capable of being their best self, no matter what age they may be.

My personal fitness journey began as I was preparing to play division I tennis in college. I started working with a personal trainer the summer before I left for school and immediately fell in love with weightlifting. I carried this passion with me throughout my undergraduate years, and now as a full-time student in medical school. Working out allows me to not only challenge myself physically, but also gives me a way to escape mentally. I experienced many highs and lows throughout my fitness journey, and recently I have struggled to find a balance between school and pursuing my hobby of weightlifting. "Be A Bad Ass" is a reminder to continue to show up for myself no matter what stage I am at in my journey, and I hope it can do the same for others.
