Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Estimated Delivery Time = Estimated Fulfillment + Estimated Shipping
Q: What is the estimated fulfillment time?
A: Print-On Demand estimated fulfillment is 3–7 days, after which it’s shipped out.
Q: What is the estimated shipping time?
A: Shipping times depend on your location, but can be estimated as follows
· USA: 2–5 business days
· Canada: 2-6 business days
· Mexico: 5-7 business days business days
· EU: 2-6 business days (refer to shipping policy to see country specific estimates)
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Yes. International rates and delivery times will be shown at checkout.
Q: Will International customers pay Dutie and Import Taxes?
A: Yes. The appropriate duties and import taxes will be collected at checkout.
Sizing & Fit
Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Check our Size Guide on each product page for exact measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit or down for a tighter fit.
Q: Are your clothes true to size?
A: Yes—most items are designed with an athletic fit. If you prefer a relaxed style, consider sizing up.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What’s your return policy?
A: For orders inside the United Sates, you have 30 days from delivery date to return unused, unwashed items.
- Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Q: What’s your exchange policy?
A: We offer free exchanges on eligible items within 30 days for US Orders Only.
Q: What if my product arrives misprinted, damaged or defective?
A: Items received misprinted, damaged or defective will always be exchanged for both Domestic and International orders.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
A: Email us at customer service@basquaredfitness.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions.
Products & Care
Q: How do I care for my BASquared Fitness gear?
A:
- Machine wash cold with like colors
- Do not bleach.
- Hang dry or tumble dry low.
- Avoid ironing over prints/logos.
Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Some items are limited runs, others are restocked. Follow us on Instagram/TikTok @BASquaredFitness for drop announcements.

A: Apply through our Ambassador Program page for a chance to join the team and earn perks like free gear, commissions, VIP access, and early drops.

A: Not necessarily—we value engagement, authenticity, and passion for fitness over follower count.
