Return & Exchange Policy 

Returns being sent from within the United States are simple and easy! At BASquared Fitness, we want you to feel like a total bad ass in your gear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.

Returns

-You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unused, unwashed item.

-Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

-Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

-Need a different size or color? No problem — we offer free exchanges on eligible items within 30 days.

-Once we receive your return, your exchange will be processed and shipped.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

-Contact us at customerservice@basquaredfitness.com.

-Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

-We'll provide return instructions and next steps.

Refunds

-Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets return standards.

-If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

-Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
