Return & Exchange Policy 

Returns being sent from within the United States are simple and easy! At BASquared Fitness, we want you to feel like a total bad ass in your gear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.

Returns

-You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unused, unwashed item.

-Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

-Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

-Need a different size or color? No problem — we offer free exchanges on eligible items within 30 days - US Orders Only!

-Once we receive your return, your exchange will be processed and shipped.

-Items received misprinted, damaged or defective will always be exchanged for both Domestic and International orders

How to Start a Return or Exchange

-Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

-We'll provide return instructions and next steps.

Refunds

-Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets return standards.

-If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

-Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International / EU Return & Exchange Policy

For customers ordering from outside the United States, including countries within the European Union (EU), additional consumer protection rights may apply under local laws.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason and without justification.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by local law.

How to Request an EU Return

To exercise your right to cancel or return an order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Items being returned
• Reason for return (optional)

Refund Processing

Once your return is received, our customer service team will inspect the garment to ensure it meets return eligibility requirements.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original standard shipping charges may be refunded where required under applicable law.
• Any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Any item not in its original condition

Duties, Taxes & VAT

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are included in your order total at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

BASquared Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for any additional fees charged by local authorities.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs fees or taxes, the order may not be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Estimated Delivery Time = Estimated Fulfillment + Estimated Shipping 

Print-On Demand Estimated Fulfillment is 2–5 days, after which it’s shipped out.

Estimated Shipping times:

• USA: 2-5 business days
• Canada: 2–6 business days
• Mexico: 3-6 business days
• Australia: 2-5 business days
• United Kingdom: 2-4 business days
• European Union: 2-7 business days
