Return & Exchange Policy
Returns being sent from within the United States are simple and easy! At BASquared Fitness, we want you to feel like a total bad ass in your gear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.
Returns
-You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unused, unwashed item.
-Items must be in original condition with tags attached.
-Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
-Need a different size or color? No problem — we offer free exchanges on eligible items within 30 days - US Orders Only!
-Once we receive your return, your exchange will be processed and shipped.
-Items received misprinted, damaged or defective will always be exchanged for both Domestic and International orders

International / EU Return & Exchange Policy
For customers ordering from outside the United States, including countries within the European Union (EU), additional consumer protection rights may apply under local laws.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving your items for any reason and without justification.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by local law.
How to Request an EU Return
To exercise your right to cancel or return an order, contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Once your return is received, our customer service team will inspect the garment to ensure it meets return eligibility requirements.

- Any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

The material is unbelievably soft (that brushed fleece lining is a game-changer), and the stretch gives just the right amount of move-with-you comfort. The cut is spot-on for me (I went with my usual size and it hugs in all the right places without being tight). Visually, the “military” styling is sharp — casual enough to wear every day but clean enough that I don’t feel sloppy.
