Returns are simple and easy! At BASquared Fitness, we want you to feel like a total bad ass in your gear. If something’s not quite right, we’ve got your back.

Returns

-You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unused, unwashed item.

-Items must be in original condition with tags attached.

-Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

-Need a different size or color? No problem — we offer free exchanges on eligible items within 30 days.

-Once we receive your return, your exchange will be processed and shipped.

-Include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

-We'll provide return instructions and next steps.

Refunds

-Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets return standards.

-If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

-Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Print-On Demand Estimated Fulfillment is 2–5 days, after which it’s shipped out.

Estimated Shipping: 2-5 business days

Products are printed for you as soon as you place an order.  Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction and unnecessary inventory.  We ask our loyal customers to pay close attention to the size guides provided with each product. After the order is placed it goes to fulfillment.  Once the product is fulfilled, it moves to shipping.
